The Users screen lists everyone on your team who can sign in to the cabinet, plus pending invitations. Here you invite new teammates, decide what each person can do (role) and which part of the business they see (access scope), and block or remove access.
Open it from the sidebar: Other → Users.
Layout
- Invite user (top right) — opens the invitation form. See Invite a teammate.
- Search by name or email and a counter: total users and how many are active.
- The user table.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | Name and email. |
| Role | Owner, Manager or Viewer. |
| Access | What the user can see: All resources, the selected brands, location groups or locations, or No access yet when nothing is selected. |
| Status | active, invited (the invitation has not been accepted yet) or blocked. |
| 2FA | Whether sign-in confirmation by email code is on for the user. |
| Last active | When the user last used the cabinet. |
Roles
| Role | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything, including managing users. Owners always see all resources. |
| Manager | Manage reviews, replies and content within the assigned scope. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and reviews within the assigned scope. |
Access scope
For managers and viewers you choose one scope type — Brands, Groups (location groups) or Locations — and tick the items. The user then sees only data of those brands, groups or locations. A manager or viewer with nothing selected has no access, so the form asks you to select at least one item.
Row actions
Open the menu at the end of a row:
- Edit access — change the role and access scope. Changes take effect immediately.
- Resend invite — for pending invitations: emails the invitation link again.
- Block / Unblock — temporarily stop a user from signing in, or let them back in.
- Remove — the user loses access immediately. Revoke does the same for a pending invitation: the link stops working. This cannot be undone.
