This guide takes you from your first sign-in to a working cabinet: your Google locations imported, reviews flowing in and your colleagues invited. It takes about 15 minutes, plus the time Google needs for the first data sync.
Before you start:
- You need a cabinet account. Your agency sends you an invite email; open the link, set a password and sign in.
- To connect Google you need a Google account that manages your business listings in Google Business Profile.
- If your agency has already connected Google for you, your locations may already be in the cabinet — skip to step 6.
Steps
Connect Google and import locations
- In the sidebar, open Google Accounts.
- Click Connect account and sign in with the Google account that manages your business listings. Allow the requested access.
- When you return to the cabinet, the Import locations from Google window opens. It lists the locations available in your Google account.
- Select the locations you want to manage. Use the search field (name, address or store code) and the Not imported / Imported / All tabs to find them. Select all selects every visible location.
- Click Import N locations. The import runs in the background and brings in each location with its reviews, photos, posts and analytics. You are taken to the Locations page, where the locations appear as they are imported.
Note: The number of locations you can import may be limited by your plan. The import window shows how many you can still add. Contact your account manager if you need more.
Look around
- Open Dashboard to see your key numbers and recommendations. See Dashboard.
- Open Reviews to see the review inbox. New reviews arrive automatically.
- If you manage several brands or many locations, set up brands and location groups — then you can use the top-bar Filters to focus on part of your business.
Invite your team
- Open Users in the sidebar and click Invite user.
- Enter Full name and Email, choose a Role (Owner, Manager or Viewer) and, if needed, limit the Access scope to certain brands, groups or locations.
- Click Send invite. Your colleague receives an email with a secure link to set a password.
Check that it worked
- Google Accounts shows your account with the status
connected. - Locations lists the imported locations, and after the first sync their ratings and review counts are filled in.
- Users shows the invited colleague until they accept the invite.
Troubleshooting
- Some locations are missing in the import window. The window shows only locations the connected Google account can manage. Connect the Google account that owns those listings, or ask its owner to give your account access in Google Business Profile.
- A location shows no data. Google returns data only for verified listings. Check the Verification column on the Locations list.
- The Google account shows
token expired, revokedorerror. Click Reconnect next to it. See Reconnect Google. - The account says "Managed via agency connection". Your agency manages these locations through its own Google login. Only the agency can reconnect or remove it.
