The Review statistics page sums up your reviews for a period: how many came in, how many were answered and how, how ratings and sentiment are distributed, and which tags and themes come up most. Open Reviews → Statistics in the sidebar.
The page respects the top-bar Filters, so you can compare brands, groups or cities by switching the filter.

Charts
- Rating distribution — how many reviews have each star rating.
- Sentiment distribution — the split between positive, neutral and negative reviews.
Tags
A table of your tags with the number of Reviews carrying each tag and its Share of all reviews. See Tags & topics.
Themes
A table of the topics detected in reviews, with the number of Reviews and the Sentiment split (Pos / Neu / Neg) for each theme. This shows, for example, whether "service" is mostly praised or criticised.
Demographics
An estimate of reviewer gender and age ranges, inferred from the reviewer's avatar and display name. It is best-effort: low-confidence results are excluded. While the analysis is still running in the background, the card says so — come back later.
Tips
- Compare two periods by switching the date range and exporting a PDF for each.
- A falling reply rate is a good reason to set up auto-replies for simple cases.
- To read the reviews behind a number, open the Reviews page and filter by the same Themes, Tags and Period.
