Collect reviews

Create QR codes and tracked links, choose one of three visitor flows and update existing campaigns without reprinting.

QR codes and tracked links open the visitor experience selected for the campaign. Choose a direct Google review, our form with a Google offer, or our form only.

Open it from the sidebar: Reviews → Collect reviews. If you don't see the item, review collection is not enabled for your account — ask your account manager.

Layout

  • Date range (top right) — the period for the statistics. Pick dates in the calendar or a quick range (Last 7 days to Last 90 days). The default is the last 30 days.
  • Three tabs: Overview, QR codes and Links. The tab titles show how many campaigns of each kind you have.

Overview tab

Four metrics for the selected period:

MetricWhat it means
Total scans & clicksHow many times customers scanned a QR code or opened a link.
Attributed reviewsReviews left within 10 minutes of a scan or click for the same location.
ConversionAttributed reviews as a share of scans and clicks.
Active campaignsThe number of campaigns.

Below them, Campaigns performance lists every campaign with its type, number of locations, creation date, scans or clicks, reviews and conversion.

QR codes tab

New QR campaign creates a campaign with a unique QR code for every selected location. Each campaign card shows Scans, Reviews and Conv. (conversion), and has:

  • Download ZIP — a ZIP with a PNG QR code per location plus an Excel index. The first download may take a moment while the file is prepared (Preparing…).
  • The trash icon — deletes the campaign.

New link campaign creates a unique tracked link for every selected location. Each card shows Clicks, Reviews and Conv., the tracking link with a Copy link button, and Download XLSX — an Excel file with the links for all locations.

Deleting a campaign

Deleting a campaign makes its QR codes and short links stop working. This cannot be undone, so don't delete campaigns whose QR codes are still printed and in use.

Visitor experience and existing campaigns

Creation has two screens: enter the campaign name and select locations, then click Next: visitor experience. On the second screen choose a mode and click Create campaign. Back returns to the location selection without losing your settings.

  • Directly to Google Maps — count the visit and open Google’s review form.
  • Our form, then offer Google — save private feedback, then offer Google with automatic text copying and a copy button.
  • Our form only — save private feedback and show thanks, without a Google offer.

To change an existing QR or link campaign, open Campaign settings on its card, choose a mode and click Save settings. The same campaign, tracking links, printed QR codes, statistics and existing downloads are retained. The saved mode is used on the next opening of the link; you do not need to recreate the campaign or reprint anything. Cancel discards unsaved changes.
