This guide shows how to give a colleague access to the cabinet. You choose their role and the part of the business they can see; they receive an email, set a password and can start working.
Before you start:
- You need the Owner role.
- If the teammate should only see part of the business, set up the brands or location groups first — scoping by them is easier than by single locations.
Steps
- Open Other → Users and click Invite user.
- Enter the teammate's Full name and Email.
- Choose a Role: Owner, Manager or Viewer. The description under the field explains what the role allows.
- For a manager or viewer, set the Access scope: pick Brands, Groups or Locations and tick the items they should see.
- Click Send invite.
An Invite sent confirmation appears, and the teammate shows up in the list with the status invited.
What the teammate does
- They open the invitation email and click the secure link.
- They set a password and land in the cabinet.
- From then on, every sign-in is confirmed with a one-time code sent to their email — see Two-factor authentication.
Check that it worked
When the teammate accepts the invitation, their status changes from invited to active, and Last active shows their latest visit.
Troubleshooting
- "Select at least one …". A manager or viewer needs at least one brand, group or location. Tick one, or choose the Owner role.
- The invitation email didn't arrive. Ask the teammate to check spam, then use Resend invite in the row menu. Check that the email address is correct; if not, Revoke the invitation and send a new one.
- The teammate sees "No access yet" or empty screens. Their scope is empty. Use Edit access to select brands, groups or locations.
