Notifications tell you when something needs your attention — for example a new review or a broken Google connection. You decide which events you want to hear about and through which channel. Notification settings are personal: each teammate sets up their own.
Find them on your profile: Other → Profile, sections Notifications and Channels.
Notifications table
The table has one row per event and one column per channel: Email, Web push, Telegram and Slack. Tick a box to receive that event through that channel, then click Save.
The events available depend on your role. Examples:
| Event | When it fires |
|---|---|
| New review | A new review arrives for one of your locations. |
| Review reply (from Google) | A reply to a review is posted on Google. |
| Google connection revoked | A Google account stopped working and changes are no longer published. |
| Bulk import finished | A location import is complete. |
| Platform / agency news | A news post is published for you. |
Email is always available. Other columns are greyed out with Connect to enable until you connect that channel below.
If the table says "Your role does not subscribe to any notifications", there are no events for your role.
Channels
| Channel | How to connect |
|---|---|
| Web push | Click Enable and allow notifications when the browser asks. Repeat on every browser where you want push notifications; the status shows how many browsers are subscribed. Disable turns push off for the current browser. |
| Telegram | Click Connect. Telegram opens — tap Start in the bot chat to finish. The status changes from Verification pending to Verified. |
| Slack | Click Connect and paste a Slack incoming webhook URL (create one in your Slack app under Incoming Webhooks). Click Verify & connect — a verification message is posted to the channel. |
Use Disconnect to remove Telegram or Slack.
Note: If connecting Telegram says it is not configured yet, Telegram notifications are not available for your account — contact your agency.
