AI features in LocalUp run on AI credits: each AI action uses a fixed number of credits. The AI credits screen shows how much AI your account has used, what each action costs and the full history of AI usage.
Open it from the sidebar: Other → AI credits. Credits are provided by your agency — to get more, contact your account manager.
Balance
What you see at the top depends on how your agency set up AI for your account:
- A monthly cap. You see Available credits "of … monthly cap", Used this month and Monthly cap. The cap is set by your agency and resets on the 1st of each month.
- No separate balance. You see AI is included by your agency — your agency provides the credits and there is no balance for you to manage. Used this month shows your own usage.
If AI is paused, a banner explains why:

| AI paused — this month's AI credits are used up. | Your monthly cap is reached. | Wait for the cap to reset next month, or ask your agency to raise it. |
| AI temporarily unavailable | AI is paused for another reason. | Contact your agency to restore AI features. |
While AI is paused, everything else in the cabinet keeps working.
Cost per task
A table lists how many credits each kind of AI action uses:

The numbers are shown on the screen. Failed AI requests are not charged, and template replies are free.
Ledger
The Ledger lists every AI action, newest first:
