Services & menu

Manage service lists and food menus published to your Google listings, for one location or hundreds at once.

The Services & menu page manages the services and food menus shown on your Google Business Profile listings. A single service list or menu can be published to many locations at once — for example the same price list for all salons. Open Locations → Services & menu in the sidebar.

The page respects the top-bar Filters.

Layout

  • Import services & menu — bulk import from a CSV file (see below).
  • New service list / New menu — creates an item for the active tab.

Switch between Services and Food menu. The search field finds service lists or menus by name.

Summary

CardWhat it means
Total service lists / Total menusHow many lists or menus exist.
ItemsTotal number of services or dishes.
Locations coveredHow many locations have a list or menu.
ShowingHow many match the current search and filters.

Below the summary, each list or menu shows its name, number of items and number of locations, with edit and delete buttons. Deleting asks for confirmation and tells you how many locations are affected.

Service list editor

The New service list / Edit service list editor has two steps; move between them with Next and Back.

  1. Locations — the list Name (for example Standard salon services) and the locations it is published to, chosen with the location picker.
  2. Items — the services. For each item:
FieldWhat it means
Google service type IDOptional. A predefined service from the location's Google category.
CategoryA section such as Haircuts.
Service nameRequired. For example Men's haircut.
LanguageLanguage code, for example en.
DescriptionOptional short description.
CurrencyThree-letter code, for example USD.
PriceWhole units, no cents.

On the Items step you can also download a CSV template and upload a CSV file. Uploading replaces all items in the list.

Click Create or Save to finish.

Food menu editor

The New food menu / Edit food menu editor contains:

  • Name, Language, Cuisines (comma-separated) and Source URL (a link to the menu on your website).
  • Locations — where the menu is published. At least one location is required.
  • Sections with items. For each dish you can enter a name, description, dietary labels, allergens, spiciness, currency, price, a price label (for example Small) and how many people it serves.

Click Create or Save.

Bulk import

Import services & menu opens Bulk import services & menu. Choose the Kind (Service lists or Food menus), click Download CSV template, fill it in with rows for many locations and click Upload CSV. Locations with identical item sets are grouped into one list or menu automatically. The result shows Total rows, Imported into locations, Groups created and Rows with errors, so you can fix errors and upload again.

Per-location view

The Services & menu tab on a location page shows the lists and menus published to that location.
