The Locations page lists every business location managed in your cabinet and linked to Google Business Profile. Here you find a location, check its verification status, rating and review numbers, open it for editing, and run actions on many locations at once. Open it with Locations in the sidebar.
The list respects the top-bar Filters (brand, location group, country, city).
Layout
Header
The header shows the total number of locations and these actions:
- Import from Google — opens the window for choosing which listings from your connected Google account to import. Shown when a Google account is connected. The window shows Your locations — how many locations you have and how many your agency allows you (for example 3 of 10 used · 7 locations left); when the limit is reached, ask your agency to raise it. If your locations are connected only through your agency's Google account, the window explains that and offers Connect your Google account — or ask your agency to add the locations for you.
- Export — exports the current list (with the filters applied) as Export Excel (.xlsx) or Export CSV. The export runs in the background and you receive an email with the download link; finished files also appear under Recent exports.
- Import locations — adds or updates locations from a spreadsheet. See Import locations from a file.
- Import special open hours — adds holiday and special opening hours for many locations from a spreadsheet.
- Create location — adds a new location manually. Disabled with the hint "Connect a Google account first" until a Google account is connected.
When you reach your location limit, Create location, Import locations and Import from Google are disabled; hover over them to see how many locations you use and the limit. Ask your agency to raise the limit.
If no Google account is connected, a Connect a Google account to manage locations banner appears with a Connect Google account button.
Search and filters
Above the table, the search box finds locations by name, store code or address. On the right you see how many locations match.
The other filters are in the table's column headers. Click a header with the filter icon to open its filter; a filtered header is highlighted:
| Column header | Filters |
|---|---|
| Name | Status — Active, Pending (being verified, temporarily or permanently closed, or with an error) or Paused. Profile gaps — Fewer than 10 photos, No website link. |
| Address | Country and City — the lists contain only the countries and cities of your locations. |
| Verification | Google status — for example Needs attention, Suspended, Not verified or Google account disconnected. |
Clear filters next to the search box removes all column filters at once. Filters are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered list. Links from dashboard recommendations and the Google status banner open the list with the matching filter already set; chips such as Fewer than 10 photos or No website link show it, and the cross on a chip removes it.
Table
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Checkbox | Selects the location for bulk actions. The checkbox in the header selects the whole page. |
| Name | Location name, with badges described below. |
| Store code | Your internal identifier of the location. |
| Address | Street address and city. |
| Verification | Verification state on Google: Verified, Not verified, Pending, Suspended, Ownership conflict, Duplicate, Unknown or Not checked. A location you created by hand that is not linked to a Google Business Profile listing shows Not on Google — it can't be verified or publish to Google until it is linked. Hover over the badge for an explanation. |
| Rating | Average star rating, with the change for the period. — means no rating yet. |
| Reviews | Number of reviews, with the change for the period. |
| Review views | How many times the location's reviews were viewed. |
| Media views | How many times the location's photos and videos were viewed. |
| Actions | Opens the location page. |
Badges next to the name:
- Scheduled — a push of changes to Google is scheduled; hover to see the time.
- Not synced — the Google account is disconnected or the location is not linked to Google, so changes are not published.
- Temporarily closed / Permanently closed — Google shows the business as closed.
- Paused — the location is paused and changes are not pushed to Google. Paused · plan limit means it is over your plan's location limit; contact your account manager.
Use the pager at the bottom to move between pages.
Google health banner
When some of your locations need attention on Google, a yellow banner on every screen says how many — for example «1 location needs attention on Google — suspended: 1». It counts locations that Google suspended, that have an ownership conflict or lost verification, that Google no longer returns, and locations that are not linked to Google. Show locations opens this list with those locations. To stop counting a location you already know about, open it, go to the Verification tab and click Mute this location (see Location card).
Bulk actions
Select one or more locations; a bar with the number of selected locations, Clear and Bulk actions appears. The menu contains:
- Edit — Rename locations, Change category, Location group (Add to group, Remove from group), Change brand.
- Media & profile — Upload logo, Upload cover, Upload photos / videos, Update Wi-Fi name, Action links.
- Status — Mark temporarily closed, Reopen locations, Close permanently.
- Create — Create post opens the post editor with the selected locations already chosen.
See Edit many locations at once for step-by-step instructions.
